Joshua Hedley Signs to Ribbon MusicDebut album out on Third Man Records 2018

Ribbon Music is delighted to announce the addition of Joshua Hedley to our publishing roster. Joshua Hedley hails from Nashville, TN where in addition to having performed live or in session with the likes of Margo Price, Nikki Lane, Dan Auerbach, Yelawolf and Jack White, Hedley has led the house band at Robert's Western World on Lower Broad every Monday night (that he's in town, of course) for the past eleven years. That's a lot of Mondays.
Playing professionally since the age of twelve, Joshua only recently began writing, recording and releasing his own material, first with the release of the four song EP Don't Waste Your Tears (2016) and next with the release of his debut album due out next year on Third Man Records.
Since the release of Don't Waste Your Tears, which was exclusive to a few hundred CDs (yup, CDs are the new cassettes), Joshua received a standing ovation for his performance at this years Newport Folk Festival, toured in support of Shovels & Rope, Old Crow Medicine Show and Justin Townes Earle and is now confirmed for next year's Stagecoach Festival in California's Coachella Valley.
